Fabulous city center stay
ample space convenient location quality breakfast
The beautiful loft room offered ample space. I found the location convenient with easy access to many key attractions nearby. The breakfast selection included cappuccino when requested with pastries and coffee available all day.
The elevator operation was surprisingly slow.

The staff provided attentive service and were friendly. Communication was perfect. I appreciated the help with directions and local recommendations and found them ready to assist with any inquiries that i had.

The hotel had a classic, wonderful vibe and was well maintained. I noticed self service pastries and coffee next to the reception, which i found good. The hotel includes a lift for convenient access to upper floors.

The hotel's location IS central and ideal, with the main points of interest within a short walk. I could easily access the town square and nearby sights. Metro and tram stops were approximately 300 meters away, VERY convenient.

the hotel provided complimentary refreshments in the foyer. staff members were helpful with directions and recommendations. breakfast was great, with many options available. i found the location excellent for walking to historic sites.
my key card was not activated upon arrival, so i waited outside my room. the lift was slow, i waited a long time. the pillows provided were not comfortable.
